At the back of the market, right in the centre, you'll find the place where the locals have their lunch. Open until 4pm, but you'll have to get there early, unless you want to fight for a seat. Typical spanish cuisine: lots of fish and seafood.

I have visited Bar Central twice - Feb 2008 & August 2008.
Don't be put off by having to wait 10/15/20 mins for a chair - I Promise You IT IS WELL WORTH IT! - Probably the best morning/lunchtime food within walking distance of the Rambla. Hasta Luego!
